Welcome to the Old Juddian Society

Welcome from The OJS Chairperson

The Old Juddian Society (OJS) was founded in 1890 with the aim of enabling former pupils to maintain contact with the School, staff and friends, and currently has over 1,000 members. Whilst the way that people interact has changed considerably over the past 120 years, we believe the Society still has a valuable role to play in continuing former pupils' connections with the School. In 2019 we are ensuring the OJS is for all who have passed through the school, so whether you are a current or former pupil or staff member, we hope you will keep in touch.

The School and OJS have now launched the "OJ Community" where you can access and keep up to date with School news, events and Old Juddian activity. I would encourage all Old Juddians to not only regularly access the Judd Community page, but also let us know your news or maybe contribute an article at some point.

The OJS organises events whenever we can, but most notable is the Annual Dinner held at the School. We are open to suggestions from Old Juddians for social or sporting events, so please get in contact if you wish. The OJS support the school in different capacities as well as making ad hoc donations to the School whenever possible. Each year the Society provides a bursary to a school leaver for their time at university to assist them with buying books or equipment.

As a society we have members who work or have worked across a spectrum of businesses, industries and professions and who are happy to provide advice to Old Juddians as they make their career decisions when leaving school and university.

It is wonderful to now open the doors to all Old Juddians and I hope to hear from or meet with you in the future. Please ensure you keep your contact details and preferences up to date.
