Wg Cdr Philip Lamb (Class of 1989) Service of Remembrance

A service of remembrance will be held by the RAF at St Clement Danes on the Strand in London on November 2nd 2019 at 12.00.

As previously advised on the OJ Community, Wg Cdr Philip Lamb, (who attended Judd School 1982-1989) very sadly passed away on November 14th 2018.  He leaves behind his wife, Mrs. Lorna Lamb and two children, Eleanor who is 12 and Edward who is 10.

For those who were not aware of Philip's death, or who were unable to attend his funeral last year in Yarm, Mrs Lorna Lamb would like to offer this opportunity to remember him and his contribution to Judd life.

Accordingly, a further service of remembrance will be held by the RAF at St Clement Danes on the Strand in London on November 2nd 2019 at 12.00. Mrs Lamb said that the service is not simply for Philip, but for all those who were serving in the RAF who have passed away in the last year.

She hopes that some OJs may be able to attend; if you would like to attend, please email: ojcommunity@judd.kent.sch.uk by October 20th 2019 and whether you will be joining the light buffet lunch after the service (as Mrs Lamb will need to know numbers for the Church and the catering).
